Admissions
Our school offers places to children who are 4 years old by the 31st August before a child starts in the September of the academic year.
For September 2027 the school will be offering 30 places in our Reception class for children born between 1st September 2022 to 31st August 2023.
For September 2026 the school offered 30 places in our Reception class for children born between 1st September 2021 to 31st August 2022.

In School Tours/Open Days
The school will be conducting small tours for prospective parents from September 2026 for the 2027 intake.
Open Mornings will be held on every Wednesday morning at 9.30a.m.
If you would like to visit on one of our Open Mornings please book a place either by calling the School Office on 0208 888 7081 or by email to adminstpauls@stpm.org.uk. The maximum number of adults in a group will be 12. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
For In Year applications please email the office to arrange a time and date to tour the school.

Parents need to apply to both the Local Authority AND the school.
For the School - You can download the supplementary information form above. Please email back to adminstpauls@stpm.org.uk to register. If you would rather a paper copy of the supplementary information form please either email or call the school and a paper copy will be sent to you.
Applicants need to email or post their supplementary information forms back to the school.
For the Local Authority - You must also apply for the school through the borough you live in.

The closing date for both the local authority is Friday 15th January 2027. The last date to drop off forms at the school is Friday 15th January 2027.
Please Note -
In Year applications Until 31st August 2026
Parents should contact the school office for an application form.
You should return these to the school along with all supporting documents – birth certificate, baptism certificate, proof of address.
Parents will be notified of the outcome of the application within 10 school days of receiving the documentation.
If your child is NOT successful in gaining a place you will be advised why and information will be shared about how to appeal the decision.
In the meantime they will be added to the waiting list for a place.
The local authority will be notified of every In Year application to the school and the outcome of the application within two days of the parents being offered a place.

If you have not been successful in obtaining a place for your child and you would like to appeal, please contact the School Office for a Reception Class Appeals Process and Form (adminstpauls@stpm.org.uk)
Please return the form to the School Office for the attention of the Chair of Governors.
